What is not considered support?

  • Jira/Confluence upgrades
  • Training
  • Writing new scripts or changing logic in existing scripts
  • Building a new solution using Atlassian Tools
  • Or any other Atlassian Consultation

Sparxsys Standard 60 hours support

  • 1 working day response SLA
  • Validity 6 months
  • Minimum time log: 15 min
  • Maximum time log per ticket: 30 mins (Anything more than 30 mins will be considered under Atlassian Consultation rate)

Sparxsys Standard 120 hours support

  • 1 working day response SLA
  • Validity 1 year
  • Minimum time log: 15 min
  • Maximum time log per ticket: 30 mins (Anything more than 30 mins will be considered under Atlassian Consultation rate)

Adhoc support hours

If you need to purchase additional hours or need our adhoc support then it would be charged @ £75 per hour.
