Sparxsys Training is different in many ways than others. We believe that to be able to train some one we should give personal attention to students and that is why our batch size would never be more than 2 students! Yes you read it right maximum 2 students are accepted in any batch. We certainly loose lot of business because of this practice but we enforce quality in our trainings. When you are sitting with 20 other people in a classroom, you will hesitate to ask questions and the trainer can never give equal attention to everyone in the class.
Some reasons why our training batches are never more than 2 students
1. Trainer is your close friend
The first thing we will do is to make you friends with our trainer. During the whole duration of the course and also while you are with the trainer, consider him/her as your best friend. Ask him whatever stupid weird things that come to your mind. Our trainer has years of experience and can certainly help you not only in the subject but also in other domains. Trainer is your coach, mentor, guide and most importantly your partner.
2. Training in Sparxsys office
All our trainings are help at Sparxsys premises. You will feel working in a professional company rather than in classroom. The person sitting near you will probably be a Drupal expert working on some exciting project. You will always feel the passion in people's eyes and will surely love to be in our office.
3. Your batchmate will always be at your level
In a class of 20 or more there will be always be people with different skill set, experience and understanding level. We do one to one counseling before accepting the students for training and always try to understand their background, goal and career plan. We will choose your partner who is probably like you only. This really helps to achieve great pace during the course and you will also feel always have healthy challenging batchmate.
4. Get more attention from Trainer
Everyone says in their training advertisements that you will get personalized attention from the trainer. We are not sure how that is possible in a batch of 20 people. With just 2 people in the batch it is indeed possible.
